A warming drink

Ordinary hot tea or coffee, of course, warms up in cold weather. But why not prepare a drink that will warm not only the body, but also the soul?

The alcoholic version of this drink is mulled wine, and the everyday version is ginger tea. Cut a finger-length piece of unpeeled ginger root into thin slices. Pour water, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes and leave for 10 minutes to infuse.
