3 cups milk, 4 eggs, 2 cups flour, 50 g butter, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 0.5 tsp. salt, 4-5 apples.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Combine the yolks with salt, sugar, butter and milk. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk, gradually adding flour so that there are no lumps. Then add egg whites, mix everything well.

This is an incredibly tasty, satisfying and mouth-watering dish that can replace your breakfast or dinner. For this you will need:
2.5 cups milk, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt, 2 eggs, 50 g butter, 2 tsp. dry yeast, 100 g dry mushrooms, 1 onion, vegetable oil for frying.

350 ml milk, 13 tbsp. l. flour, 2 eggs, 50 g butter, 3 tbsp. l. sugar, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. l. poppy, 1 tsp lemon zest.
Soak poppy seeds in boiling water for 10 minutes. Melt the butter, heat the milk until warm. Whisk eggs with sugar. Combine milk, butter and beaten eggs.
Strain poppy seeds, drain excess water. Gradually add flour and poppy seeds to the butter-egg mixture.
Pour the dough into a preheated and oiled pan, spreading it over the entire pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve with herbal tea. Bon appetit.
