First, peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Pass the meat through a meat grinder, add salt to taste and pour in kefir. Mix thoroughly. Ingredients:

Potatoes - 200 g; Salmon or salmon - 250 g; Cream - 1 glass; Butter - 1 tbsp. l.; Bulb - 1 pc.; Flour - 1 tsp; Salt, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, spices - to taste.

A very tender, juicy and appetizing dish that is definitely worth a try.

Ingredients:

Potato - 1/2 kg; Cottage cheese - 300 g; Sour cream - 70 g; Egg - 3 pcs.; Salt, pepper, herbs - to taste; Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

 

Peel the potatoes and grate on a coarse grater. Put in a deep bowl and add cottage cheese. Stir. Beat eggs, add sour cream, salt, spices and chopped herbs. Stir until smooth and transfer to a heat-resistant form. Send to the oven and bake at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes.

5. Sweet potato casserole

 

Another interesting recipe. The dish is not only tasty and bright, but also vegetarian.

We will need:

Large potatoes - 1 pc.; Sweet potato - 1 pc.; Soy milk - 1 cup; Flour - 2 tbsp. l.; Salt and spices - to taste; Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. l. Vegetable spread - 40 g.

Let's start with the sauce. Brown the flour in a small saucepan. Add spread, salt and spices to taste. Pour in the soy milk and, stirring thoroughly to avoid lumps, reduce the sauce until it thickens.

 

Wash potatoes and sweet potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices. Put a layer of potatoes in a heat-resistant form, grease with sauce, then a layer of sweet potato. And so repeat the layers several times. Brush top with sauce and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

 

Send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 50 minutes until soft.
