Meals in a jar are an excellent lunch or quick snack option that you can take with you anywhere. Carrying this to the office is generally cool! We all know about oatmeal with fruit and yogurt, which should be left in a jar overnight in the refrigerator, and in the morning crackle clover. But it doesn't end with breakfast! Porridge, salad, dessert and even pastries in jars - how do you like that? Here are some ideas.

Recipe 1. Scrambled eggs with onions and asparagus

A hearty afternoon snack, a quick breakfast and an original lunch - this dish is suitable for any task. It turns out scrambled eggs in the form of lush muffins in jars - simple, tasty and appetizing.

Fry half of the onion in vegetable oil with a bunch of asparagus until golden. Salt, pepper, cool. Grease glass heat-resistant jars with butter. Put some fried vegetables in them. Pour over the vegetables with the lightly beaten egg. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Recipe 2. Noodles in a jar

We advise you to take exactly rice noodles, as it is thinner and will cook faster. As an option - the usual instant noodles. The main thing is the combination of vegetables and delicious dressing.

Pour boiling water over 100 g of rice noodles and leave for 10 minutes. Transfer to the bank. Fry 4-5 champignons and 1/3 of the onion until golden in vegetable oil and add to the noodles. Salt, pepper, add soy sauce and sesame seeds. Pour boiling water again and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.

Recipe 3. Pancakes with berries in a jar

Since we are preparing dessert in a jar, it does not look like traditional pancakes, to put it mildly. But the taste is just overeating: lush dough and sweet berries. Don't forget to decorate - nuts and chocolate are just what you need.

Beat until smooth 200 ml of milk, a glass of flour, a teaspoon of baking powder and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Add 2 teaspoons of melted and cooled butter. Place any berries at the bottom of the jar and fill half with dough. Send in the microwave for 1 minute at maximum power.

Recipe 4. Caprese salad in a jar

There is no need to say anything - a real find! A traditional dish with an original serving will decorate the festive table.

Lubricate the bottom of the jars with vegetable oil. Lay in layers: arugula, basil, half-cut cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls. For dressing, mix 2 tbsp. olive oil, ½ tbsp. balsamic vinegar, honey (at the tip of a knife), salt and pepper to taste. Dress up the salad and serve.

Recipe 5. Traditional oatmeal in a jar

Healthy, sweet, tasty - the main rules of a healthy breakfast in one jar.

Pour a handful of oatmeal (not instant) into a jar. Top the oatmeal with milk or yogurt. Add fruits and berries: bananas, raspberries, blueberries, currants, etc. Add sugar or sweetener (maple or chocolate syrup). Stir in sesame, sunflower or chia seeds. Shake and close the jar tightly. Send overnight in the refrigerator.

Recipe 6. Dessert from dates and hercules

A photo and porridge in the bank. Do not be afraid, the oatmeal will not remain hard - it will perfectly “soak” with yogurt or milk. Treat yourself: add some nuts and some sweet syrup.

Mix ½ cup coconut milk, ½ tbsp. cocoa, ½ cup rolled oats and ½ tsp. vanilla. Add finely chopped dates, nuts and a pinch of salt. Stir. Add maple syrup or other sweetener to taste. Pour the mixture into a jar and leave in the refrigerator overnight.

It is convenient to cook such jars in the morning or vice versa for dinner, when there is no time to play with tricky recipes. You can experiment and even serve them on the festive table - a dessert or salad is perfect for this.

Gift in the bank

As a bonus, we bring to your attention a gift version of food in a jar - a pie with lemon zest and berries. More precisely, a dry culinary mixture for its preparation: mixed, added liquid, sent to the oven - and after an hour you rejoice in a delicacy!

Place dry ingredients in layers in a jar, attach a leaf with the following on a ribbon or string:

Recipe: In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients from the jar. Add yogurt, butter, beaten eggs. Stir until smooth. Put the dough in a buttered form and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
