How To Cook Mini Gluten Free Pancakes Stuffed With Salmon - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of gluten-free flour
  • generous pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of dry yeast (7 grams)
  • 240 milliliters of milk (can soy, low fat, goat)
  • 2 eggs (divided into yolks and whites)
  • olive oil
  • about 250-300 grams of smoked salmon
  • 300 grams of cream cheese
  • a pinch of hot pepper and dill to serve

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour with the salt and yeast. Heat the milk slightly and pour it over the flour, stir and add the yolks. Cover the dough with a towel and leave to rise for 1 hour.

Beat the egg whites in the snow and add them to the dough.

Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with olive oil.

Use a teaspoon and make small pancakes that you bake for a minute on each side.

When serving, spread them with cream cheese and add a small fillet of salmon. Season with a pinch of hot pepper and a sprig of dill.
