How to fry mushrooms step by step instructions with photos

Step 1

 

For work, we need mushrooms, water, salt, sunflower oil, a saucepan, a knife, a colander, a frying pan.

Step 2

 

Clean the mushrooms and rinse under running water.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

Boil the mushrooms for 15 minutes: the first time, boil the mushrooms for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, drain the water and rinse the mushrooms. Then boil mushrooms in another water for another 10 minutes.
