1. Crispy cucumbers for the winterIngredients (per 1 liter can): small cucumbers, 1 tsp. vinegar essence (70%), 1 sprig of parsley, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 medium-sized carrot.
For the marinade: 1 liter of water, 1 tbsp. l. salt with top, 2 tbsp. l. sugar, 5-7 peas of black or allspice, cherry leaf, cloves.
First, cucumbers should be soaked in boiled cold water for 2-3 hours. Then put cucumbers, carrots, garlic cloves and other ingredients in the jar.
Boil water, pour cucumbers for 10 minutes, then drain. Repeat this procedure 2 times. Boil the water for the third time and add all the ingredients for the marinade to it.
Pour the marinade over the cucumbers, add 1 tsp to each jar. vinegar essence and roll.
2. Cucumber salad
Ingredients: 2.5 kg of cucumbers, 1.5 kg of tomatoes, 2 medium-sized onions, 100 g of garlic, 100 g of sugar, 1.5 tbsp. l. salt, 5-7 tbsp. l. vinegar (9%).
Cut the fresh cucumbers into rings, and pass the tomatoes through a sieve or squeeze them with a juicer to get rid of the seeds. We put the tomato juice on the fire and bring it to a boil. Now add cucumbers, onion cut into rings and other ingredients. Cook until soft and put in sterilized jars.
3. Canned lightly salted cucumbersIngredients: 2 kg of cucumbers, greens (currant leaves, horseradish leaves, dill umbrellas, cherry leaves, tarragon), 2 cloves of garlic, 5-6 peppercorns, hot capsicum (to taste), 2 tbsp. l. salt, 1 liter of water.
Soak the cucumbers for 3-4 hours in cold water. Put cucumbers, garlic, pepper and greens in a jar. Boil water separately, add 2 tbsp. l of water and cool. Pour the cold solution into a jar, close with a lid with holes and keep at room temperature for 2-3 days sveriges casino. 5. Spicy pickled cucumbers
Ingredients (per liter jar): cucumbers, 1 clove of garlic, half a sweet pepper, several sprigs of dill in umbrellas, 3 tbsp. l. vinegar (9%), 2 pcs. bay leaf
For the marinade: 1 liter of water, 1.5 tbsp. l. salt, 3 tbsp. l. sugar
Sterilize the jars and put a bay leaf, a clove of garlic, dill umbrellas and diced pepper on the bottom. We put washed and soaked cucumbers tightly in jars.
Prepare the marinade separately: bring the water to a boil, add salt and sugar.
In each jar with cucumbers, add 3 tbsp. l. vinegar and pour hot marinade. Cans can be rolled. Put canned cucumbers in a dark, cool place.
