Soft drinks and artificial fruit juices are among the most popular and preferred drinks, but we all know that they have an adverse effect on health due to the content of artificial preservatives, sugars and many calories.

Every year, about 1,000 new drinks appear on the world trade network, most of which are presented as healthy. However, if they have no nutritional value, they only fill us with fat and calories, experts say.

There are several types of drinks that, consumed with a complete diet, help maintain perfect health.


1. Water
Water is the most primitive choice of liquid. We need it for the proper functioning of the kidneys, brain and heart. Proper hydration helps keep joints and muscles healthy and strong. Drinking enough water also helps us lose weight by suppressing appetite and speeding up metabolism. Experts recommend drinking 8 glasses of water a day.


2. Coffee
Coffee is a healthy drink if consumed in moderation - up to 2 cups a day. Studies show that caffeine has a protective effect against Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, some forms of cardiovascular disease and colon cancer.

Recent studies show that drinking moderate doses of coffee after a workout can reduce muscle pain by up to 48%.



3. Milk
Milk - a favorite drink of children and adults. The calcium in the milk drink not only helps to strengthen the bones, but also to break down the fat stored in the fat cells in the body.

When following a diet, it is advisable to avoid the fat content in milk and to consume skim.


4. Green Tea
Green tea is rich in minerals and antioxidants that help stimulate metabolism, relax the brain, heart health, and control problems such as eczema and diabetes.

5. Fruit juice
There is no doubt that fruits and vegetables are good for health. Making fresh from these natural products is a good opportunity to take advantage of the vitamins and minerals they contain. The composition of most of the drinks, regardless of the price at which they are sold commercially, includes elevated levels of sugar and preservatives. 


6. Whey
Whey is one of the most natural drinks and an ideal summer drink. It has a strengthening and toning effect. It is obtained by denaturation of milk by crossing fats and proteins.

Whey contains calcium, B complex vitamins, potassium and phosphorus. It is useful for the activity of the digestive system.


7. Lemonade
Lemon is one of the best sources of vitamin C. Therefore, lemonade, prepared from freshly squeezed citrus fruit, helps strengthen the immune system.

Consumed in the morning, the drink invigorates and energizes us for the whole day.


8. Red wine
Red wine is a healthy drink, which, however, requires moderate consumption. As it contains valuable antioxidants, experts recommend drinking a glass of wine a day.

A number of studies prove that red wine is especially good for the heart. Helps increase the level of good - HDL cholesterol and prevents blood clotting.
