Breakfast comes first in the daily routine. Wholemeal bread, oatmeal or muesli, peanut butter, hard-boiled egg are suitable. Dairy products should be low-fat milk, yoghurt or cheese. Fruits can replace juices, as they provide more vitamins and fiber to the body.
If the school chair or buffet does not offer a varied and healthy choice, it is better to prepare sandwiches in advance, again with wholemeal bread, poultry and more. Vegetables and fruits are never superfluous. Children should learn to consume water or 100% natural juices and avoid carbonated beverages.
