Necessary products :

  • 6 potatoes
  • 250 grams of canned tuna
  • 3 onions
  • 3 slices of bread (toaster)
  • 150 milliliters of milk
  • bunch parsley
  • 150 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • pepper, olive oil, and salt to taste

 

Preparation :

Wash the potatoes whole and without peeling them. Wrap them in foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about half an hour.

 

Mash the fish with a fork and add the well-drained bread, milk onions, parsley, season to taste, and stir.

Cut the already baked potatoes into two pieces lengthwise and carefully carve the inside. Mix part of it with the fish.

 

Fill half of the resulting" boats " with the delicious combination and close them with the rest, which is without filling.

Sprinkle with olive oil and arrange them in a pan, the bottom of which you have covered with a sheet of parchment.

Peel the third onion, cut into circles, which you arrange in the dish around the potatoes. Pour the broth, season with black pepper, and cover with foil.

Bake the stuffed potatoes in a preheated 180-degree oven for 40 minutes.
