Cottage Cheese Ice Cream And Condensed Milk With Nuts, Dried Fruits And Chocolate

Necessary products :

  • 250 grams of soft cottage cheese with 20% fat content
  • 250 grams of boiled condensed milk
  • 75 milliliters of fresh milk
  • nuts, raisins, dried apricots to taste
  • poppy seeds to taste
  • chocolate to taste

 

Method of preparation:

Pass the curd through a sieve so that the consistency of the ice cream is uniform and without lumps.

Then transfer it to the blender jar and add both types of milk (condensed and fresh ). Beat until smooth, in which you pour additives of your choice and taste (raisins, dried apricots, chocolate drops or pieces of chocolate, poppy seeds, favorite nuts).

You can use flavors and various enhancers of taste if you choose.

Beat everything and divide the mixture into molds (these can be for muffins).

Freeze deep (for at least 4 hours in the freezer), then decorate and immerse yourself in the delicious icy sweetness.
