Six to eight teaspoons of water a day is perfectly normal to take. Consumption of legumes, vegetables and fruits should not be neglected. These food groups are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein. The intake of cereals, pasta and red meat should be limited, but not completely stopped. Instead of eating pork or other red meat daily, replace it with chicken, fish and other poultry, such as turkey.

dinner (18 to 19 hours)

 

  • vegetable soup or chicken broth
  • fish fillet or turkey with steamed vegetables
  • skim yogurt or a piece of fruit

To achieve the fastest effect and lasting result, do light exercise, do not underestimate the walks. Walking is health!
