The hourly diet is designed specifically for those who can adhere to a diet tied to mealtimes. This requires strong will, good memory and a flexible work schedule. The duration of the diet is one month, during which you can lose about 7 pounds.

Principle of eating by the hour

During the first 5 days you should eat every 2 hours, during the next 10 - eat as usual, but limit sweets and pastries.

The essence consists in alternating 5 days of diet with 10 days of normal nutrition. The main advantage of the regime is that it allows to achieve lasting results.

About the menu:

7:00 - a cup of black coffee or green tea;

9:00 - salad of fresh vegetables (carrots, cabbage, beets)

11:00 - one fruit (apple, pear, handful of apricots)

13:00 - some stewed vegetables, 100 grams of dietary meat or fish;

15:00 - 100 grams of cottage cheese or cheese;

17:00 - salad of fresh vegetables (branded, cabbage, beets);

19:00 - a handful of dried fruits (prunes or apricots);

21:00 - a glass of skim kefir or sour milk drink.
