Melt the mozzarella with the cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds, if necessary, heat for another 30 seconds, the cheese should melt.
Allow the mixture to cool for 1-2 minutes, then add the egg and stir. Add the almond flour and spices as desired.
Knead a soft dough.
Shape differently and bake at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. You can use the dough as a base for pizzas or to prepare various crackers.
