How To Cook Almond Flour And Mozzarella Dough (fathead Dough) - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 tea cup grated ripe mozzarella (100 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 large beaten egg
  • 1/4 tea cup almond flour (30 grams)
  • spices on request:
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano and thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Melt the mozzarella with the cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds, if necessary, heat for another 30 seconds, the cheese should melt.

Allow the mixture to cool for 1-2 minutes, then add the egg and stir. Add the almond flour and spices as desired.

Knead a soft dough.

Shape differently and bake at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. You can use the dough as a base for pizzas or to prepare various crackers.
