Required products :

1 teaspoon semolina
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon yogurt
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon raisins (it is good to pour them with brandy, cognac or liqueur until soft)
1/2 cup walnuts
3 eggs
4 medium apples
powdered sugar sprinkle

Method of preparation :

In a suitable bowl, mix the semolina with the beaten eggs, yogurt and sugar. Add the grated lemon peel, oil, raisins and walnuts. Then put the apples, which you have previously peeled, clean the core with the seeds and grate on a coarse grater. Leave the mixture to stand for 15 minutes, then knead the dough, adding the sifted flour with baking soda (unquenched).

Pour the dough into a mold and place in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees. After 20 minutes, reduce the temperature to 160 and let the cake bake for another 25-30 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
