Necessary products:

1/2 tsp hazelnuts

1/2 tsp raisins

30 g of gelatin

4 tablespoons boiling water

3 sec. l. butter

10 medium apples

300 g of sugar

Method of preparation:

Wash and peel the apples, cut them into very small pieces. Melt the butter in a pan, put the apples and fry them, stirring constantly. Then add the water, reduce the heat to medium and let it boil until smooth. Grind the hazelnuts, if you wish, the raisins - wash well. Puree the boiled apples, add the sugar and gelatin to them, stir and bring the mixture to a boil until it starts to "spray". Add the nuts and raisins, mix well and simmer for a few more minutes until the mixture starts to "spray" again.

Cover the bottom of a deep rectangular shape with baking paper and carefully pour the apple combination. Thoroughly level the surface, wait for it to cool and store in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, remove the paper and cut the dessert into pieces. You can sprinkle with cinnamon or vanilla.
