Learn how to cook "Aromatic salad dressing with garlic and spices". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 liter of unrefined sunflower oil

1/2 - 1 hot pepper / chili

2 cloves garlic

4 basil leaves

2 petals devesil

4 grains of allspice

1/4 teaspoon rosemary

1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds

1/4 teaspoon fennel

2 glass bottles (or jars) with a capacity of 0.500 liters

Method of preparation :

Cut the garlic cloves and hot pepper, distribute them in the prepared dishes. Put 2 basil leaves and 1 devesila in each bottle.

Crush the dry spices, add them as well. Pour the oil and leave for 3-4 days to absorb the flavors and aromas. You can then use it to flavor your favorite salads and even some dishes.

The longer the oil with the spices and herbs stays, the more fragrant the dressing will become and the richer the taste.

Enjoy your meal!
