How To Cook Autumn Potato Casserole With Peppers, Ham And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of potatoes
2 sweet red peppers
2 eggs
100 milliliters of cream (or to taste)
150 grams of ham
150 grams of cheese
30 grams of butter
salt, ground black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin circles and blanch for 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
Cut the peppers and ham into thin strips, grate the yellow cheese with a large grater.
Grease with oil a suitable shape and cover the bottom with potatoes. Then put a row of ham, peppers and distribute 1/3 of the cheese.
Continue with a layer of potatoes, followed by ham, on it - half of the cheese and the remaining strips of peppers.
Make a mixture of beaten eggs with cream and the last amount of grated cheese. Season with salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg to taste. Pour the contents of the pan with the resulting sauce and spread the butter on the surface, cut into cubes.
Cover the pan with foil and bake the dish in the oven for 30 minutes. Then remove the coating and let the surface bake for another 10 minutes.
