How To Cook Avocado Pate With Garlic, Cheese And Hot Peppers - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 50 grams of shredded cheese
  • 5 grams of black sesame seeds
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 head onion
  • 1-2 hot green peppers
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed hot peppers
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel a squash, grate it and slice the flesh of the avocado. Put it in a blender and add some of the cheese, lemon juice, finely chopped onion and green peppers.

Beat and add salt, pepper, some parsley, garlic, crushed peppers and beat again. Pour the resulting homogeneous mixture into a jar and cool for an hour.

Spread the mixture on a plate or spread on a slice of bread, garnish with the remaining cheese and fresh spices. Add a few drops of olive oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve the pate.
