Required products :

380 grams of wheat flour
2 eggs
230 grams of sugar
200 grams of butter
1 teaspoon baking powder (or soda)
2 medium apples

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter a little and add it to the eggs, add the sugar and mix well. Then add the flour and baking powder and mix until smooth.
Grease the bottom of a suitable dish with oil and arrange in it the apples that you have previously peeled, cleaned from the core with the seeds and cut into small pieces.
Pour the dough over the fruit and bake the dish for about 50 minutes.
