Required products :

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • morksa sol

Method of preparation :

If you have a spiralizer, cut the potatoes with its help, then shorten the resulting strips. If you do not have such a device, you can grate it lengthwise, cut a mandolin with a knife or a grater and then make the sticks.

Drizzle the potatoes with the fat and salt.

Spread the thin strips in two large trays so that you get a thin layer of potatoes.

Bake at 150 degrees for 40-45 minutes until crispy and golden.

Cool, then place on a plate and serve.

The ideal drink, we will not surprise you, is beer.

If you wish, you can add hot red pepper for spiciness or experiment with spices to your liking.
