Required products :
12 medium potato
oil or other fat to taste
salt to taste
For the sauce:
200 grams of fresh young nettle leaves
50 grams of dill
1 clove of garlic
50 grams of yellow cheese or high-fat cottage cheese
50 grams of peeled roasted sunflower seeds
oil to taste
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush and cut them into 2 or 4 pieces. Put them in a pan, pour fat to taste, add salt and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the sauce.
Use only nettle leaves. Grind them together with dill and garlic using a blender. Add salt. Add the roasted sunflower seeds and grind again until a thick pesto sauce is obtained. Then add the grated yellow cheese or cottage cheese, season with ground black pepper to taste and serve the potatoes with the prepared sauce.
