Learn how to cook "Baked potatoes with onion and cream sauce and garlic with yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 - 1.5 kilograms of potatoes
3 - 4 onions
2 - 3 cloves of garlic
300 grams of sour cream
200 grams of yellow cheese
salt and other spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel an onion and cut it into slices. Boil the potatoes a little (optional) and mix them with the onions.
Cover the bottom of the tray with foil, leaving for wrapping. Pour the potatoes and onions, season to taste. Make an incision on their surface and close with foil. If your dish does not have a non-stick coating, first grease it with oil, butter or other grease.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the potatoes for about 20-30 minutes. Shortly before the dish is completely ready, remove the pan, unroll the foil, put in each potato cream and garlic, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for about 10 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped dill or parsley.
