Required products :

1 egg

1.5 tablespoons cornstarch

a little salt

vanillin tastes

1.5 tablespoons butter

0.5 teaspoon brown sugar

180 milliliters of fresh milk

bananas

Method of preparation :

In a deep bowl, beat the egg with a little salt, starch and vanilla. Melt the butter in a separate bowl and pour the sugar. Stirring thoroughly and continuously, add to the egg mixture, then pour the milk without stopping to stir. Put everything on the stove until the consistency thickens, but do not allow the contents to boil.

Transfer the pudding to another bowl, allow to cool and refrigerate.

Take suitable plates or bowls, arrange banana circles on the bottom and put the pudding on top. The dessert is ready.
