How To Cook Banana Ice Cream With Chocolate And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Banana ice cream with chocolate and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

500 milliliters of liquid cream with high fat content (33-35%)
100 grams of sugar
5 egg yolks
3 bananas
150 grams of walnuts
100 grams of chocolate

Method of preparation :

Beat the yolks and sugar with a mixer for 1-2 minutes. Pour the cream, beat again briefly and transfer the mixture to a suitable bowl or saucepan and place in a water bath. Allow the combination to cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally and not allowing to boil. If it gets too hot, remove the pan from the heat for 30 seconds and then put it back on the fire. Another option is to add a few tablespoons of cold milk or cream.

When you remove the pan from the heat, put it in cold water and stir for a few minutes to cool slightly.
Then add the bananas, cut into pieces and beat again, but do not puree, but leave pieces of fruit to feel in the ice cream. Add the chopped walnuts, which you can pre-roast. Put the broken pieces of chocolate.

Transfer the mixture to a suitable freezer container and store in the freezer until frozen. Stir several times during this time.

Enjoy your meal!
