Required products :

  • 2 tea cups white chocolate drops
  • 1/2 large soft banana
  • 1/3 tea cup cream
  • 340 grams of white chocolate
  • 120 grams of milk chocolate
  • sprinkles at will

Method of preparation :

Put the cream in a small saucepan and wait for it to heat up. Mash the banana (you can grind it if you have a suitable appliance) and mix with the chocolate drops. Pour the hot cream and stir to obtain a smooth homogeneous mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours (cover with foil).

Roll your hands in powdered sugar and form small balls of the mixture. Arrange them on a plate and put back in the refrigerator.

Melt the crushed white chocolate in the microwave or water bath (be careful not to cross it).

Then dip the banana balls in it and let them dry in a pan lined with baking paper. Refrigerate again, this time for 10 minutes to harden the chocolate.

Melt the dark chocolate and put a teaspoon of it on each jam, let it flow freely. Optionally sprinkle with sugar sticks or use colored candy for decoration.
