Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of minced meat
  • olive oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • 100 grams of cheddar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat olive oil and fry the minced meat. Add flour, salt, pepper and dilute with milk. Stir until thickened and add the grated cheddar and yellow cheese.

After melting, stir again and garnish the resulting sauce with roasted meats, fried or boiled potatoes, pasta, grilled vegetables and more.
