Method of preparation:
Beat the eggs with the yoghurt, salt and sugar. Pour the beer, add the flour and mix until homogeneous. Melt and heat the butter in a pan.
Using a ladle, scoop out the dough and bake the pancakes on both sides. Wait for them to cool and mix the mascarpone and mayonnaise in a bowl. Chop the dill and garlic and add to the cream.
Stir and spread the resulting filling on the pancakes. Garnish with chopped prosciutto and arugula leaves. Roll into rolls and serve.
