Learn how to cook "Biscuit cake with banana cream and chocolate icing". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
200 grams of plain biscuits
150 ml of fresh milk, whipped with 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder or cocoa (about 10 grams)
For banana cream:
4 ripe sliced bananas
1 tbsp sugar
200 grams of cream
400 ml condensed milk
150 ml of fresh milk
12 grams of gelatin
50-60 ml of water
For the chocolate glaze:
200 grams of milk chocolate
200 grams of cream
Method of preparation:
Start by making the banana cream. Mix in a bowl the bananas, sugar, 50-60 ml of water and put in the microwave for about 5 minutes until the bananas soften. Stir gently and allow the mixture to cool.
Dissolve gelatin in 5 tablespoons of cold water, mix well and leave for 3 minutes. Then place in the microwave for 15 seconds, remove and also allow to cool.
Whip the cream, condensed milk, milk and banana cream until smooth (about 5 minutes). Add the dissolved gelatin and beat for another 3 minutes.
Next is the "assembly" of the cake: dip the biscuits one by one in the cocoa milk and arrange a layer of them in a suitable container. Spread on them the banana cream, biscuits again and alternate so, ending with the cream. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Make the chocolate glaze:
Put the milk chocolate in a bowl and place in the microwave for 2 minutes. Take it out and stir, add the cream (leave 1 tbsp of it for decoration) and wait for it to cool.
Remove the cake from the refrigerator, spread with chocolate icing, forming a flat surface. Decorate with cream and return to the refrigerator for another 2 hours.
