Learn how to cook "Biscuit cake with cherry liqueur, cream and peanuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 150 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cream with a fat content of 30%
  • 1 cup crushed peanuts
  • 4 raw egg yolks
  • 400 grams of ordinary biscuits
  • 1/2 cup cherry liqueur

Method of preparation :

Beat 2/3 of the sugar together with the cooled butter until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Gradually add the cream. Mix the remaining amount of sugar with the yolks and put in a water bath, stirring constantly until the consistency becomes thick and homogeneous. Once cool, mix it with the oil combination without stopping stirring.

Take a suitable form with a diameter of 25 centimeters and arrange a layer of biscuits in it, pour a little cherry liqueur over them and spread some of the cream on their surface. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and flatten with a spatula. Repeat the order in the same sequence until the products are exhausted. Finish with cream sprinkled with peanuts. You can also pour melted chocolate if you wish. Also, instead of peanuts you can use walnuts or other nuts of your choice.

Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for 8 hours, after which you can serve.
