How To Cook Biscuit Cake With Cream Cheese, Pieces Of Chocolate And Cream - Recipe

Required products :


350 grams of cream cheese or other suitable soft cheese
500 grams of sugar
150 grams of butter
250 grams of chocolate biscuits
chocolate to taste
3 teaspoons of gelatin
200 milliliters of whipping cream

 

Method of preparation :

Grind the chocolate biscuits together with the butter and distribute the mixture evenly on the bottom of the bowl in which you will make the cake, which you have previously covered with aluminum foil.
Cover the base with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

Pour gelatin with a little water, melt it in a water bath.

Beat the cream cheese with the sugar, beat the cream separately.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and mix with the cream. Then add the gelatin and cream.

Spread the delicious combination on the cooled biscuit tray and return the cake to the fridge for a few hours to set.
