How To Cook Biscuit Cake With Halva, Honey, Nuts And Raisins - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of cocoa biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 50 grams of melted butter
  • 50 grams of ground hazelnuts
  • 50 grams of finely chopped walnuts
  • 100 grams of crushed sunflower halva
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 30 grams of raisins

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the biscuits in a blender and grind them. Add the halva, hazelnuts, some walnuts and honey. Stir, add butter, vanilla and raisins.

Stir until the mixture is homogenized and spread it on a tray lined with a sheet of parchment. Smooth the surface and sprinkle with the remaining nuts. Cool the cake for 2-3 hours, cut and serve.
