How To Cook Biscuit Cakes With Cream Cheese (No Baking) - Recipe

Required products :

1 tea cup hot water
8 grams gelatin
220-230 grams cream cheese
220-230 grams whipped cream
24 biscuits of your choice
fresh, dried fruit for decoration or other suitable decoration

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the jelly in the hot water. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with a mixer until airy. Pour in the warm jelly, beat again, no lumps should form.
Let the filling cool and then mix with the whipped cream.

Line a baking tray with plastic wrap and place 6 biscuits close together. Spread 1/3 of the cream on them, then again a row of biscuits, cream, biscuits. So make 3 layers. Put the dessert in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

When you take it out, cut it into pieces according to the biscuits and decorate with fruit of your choice.
