Learn how to cook "Boiled eggs in cream sauce with mushrooms and herring". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
6 hard boiled eggs
For the sauce:
150 grams of mayonnaise
100 grams of sour cream
1 teaspoon mustard
2 hard boiled eggs
2 - 3 marinated mushrooms
parsley to taste
smoked or marinated herring
Method of preparation :
Mix the two egg yolks intended for the sauce with the mustard. Add the mayonnaise, cream, chopped mushrooms and pieces of herring. Finely chop the parsley and the egg whites of the two eggs, mix them.
Put the cream sauce in a suitable salad bowl, sprinkle the egg whites with parsley on top and arrange the remaining eggs, cut in halves. Season to taste and you can serve with pieces of marinated red peppers.
