Required products :

6 eggs a
handful of flour
100 grams of yellow cheese
1/2 tea cup sour cream
breadcrumbs for rolling
salt, ground black pepper and mustard to taste a
mix of green spices of your choice and taste

Method of preparation :

Boil 5 of the eggs hard, peel them and cut into two parts. Remove the yolks, mash them with a fork and season with salt, ground black pepper and mustard to taste.
Mix well and fill the egg whites with this combination, then join the halves with toothpicks to get whole eggs again.
Beat the remaining raw egg with a fork, grate the cheese.
Roll the prepared already filled eggs in flour, then dip in the beaten egg, turn to cover with yellow cheese, egg again and finish the breading with the breadcrumbs.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes and then fry in a large amount of hot oil (you can use the fryer) until a golden crust forms.
Remove on paper that will absorb excess fat. remove the toothpicks.

Serve with a sauce made from sour cream with fresh green spices, salt and pepper.
