Wash the potatoes well, but do not peel them. Boil them until soft, drain the water and close in a container with a lid to keep warm while you prepare the remaining products.
Melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the old and green onions in it for a few minutes. Then add the tomatoes and stew the vegetables for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the cream and add the spices. Stir and then add the mozzarella. Leave on the stove until the cheese is melted.
If the potatoes are large in size, cut them into 2 or 4 pieces each and put a spoonful of the prepared sauce on them.
