Learn how to cook "Breaded cauliflower with sweet and spicy sauce". Delicious recipe.

  • Required products :
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 eggs - broken
  • frying oil
  • 1/4 tea cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce

Method of preparation :

Cut the cauliflower into slices, about 1.5-2 cm thick (cut it so that each slice has a cob, otherwise they will fall apart).

Put them in a wide bowl and add a little water - it should reach the middle of the slices. Cover with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes. Squeeze the cauliflower and dry it, leave to cool.

Beat the eggs in a large bowl and mix the flour with the spices - garlic and paprika.

Season the cauliflower slices on both sides with salt and pepper.

Roll each slice in flour, then dip in egg and again in flour.

Fry the cauliflower slices until golden brown. Remove on a napkin to remove grease from them.

For the sauce, mix the honey with the chili sauce, serve the cauliflower drizzled with the jam-hot sauce.
