Peel the carrots and potatoes, cut them into random pieces, add salt and steam. Then puree them with a blender.
Mix the cream cheese with one egg and the flour. Combine the two combinations, season with black pepper, turmeric and salt.
Mix well and make meatballs from the vegetable dough. Dip them in egg (beaten), roll in breadcrumbs and arrange in a greased pan.
Bake for about 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.
