500 grams of flour
1 teaspoon whey
50 milliliters of oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon dry yeast

1 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation:
Knead a loose dough from the flour, yeast, whey, eggs, salt, sugar and oil. Leave it in a warm place to rise. Cut the green spices, grate the cheese. When the dough has doubled in volume, roll it out slightly and spread the herbs and cheese on the surface, mixing them with the dough to evenly distribute them everywhere. Cover with a towel and leave for a while to rise. Then divide into pieces (for example about 50 grams each), arrange them on baking paper and leave for another 15-20 minutes. You do not need to spread anything on the bread, because it will turn golden anyway. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes. When baked, cover with a towel and allow to cool.
