Required products :

  • 2 heads of broccoli
  • 2 onions
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a pinch of oregano and dried basil

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the broccoli, divide into inflorescences. Peel onions and carrots, chop onions and grate carrots.

Blanch the broccoli for 3-5 minutes in boiling salted water, they should remain crispy.

Fry onions and carrots in olive oil, then transfer them to a fireproof pan and spread the broccoli on them and sprinkle with a pinch of oregano and basil, salt and pepper.

Beat the eggs, pour them over the contents of the dish and place it in the oven, which you have preheated to 200 degrees.

In 15 minutes the dish will be ready to serve.
