Required products :

  • 80 grams of green beans, blanched
  • 40 grams of peas, blanched
  • 4 radishes, cut into thin circles
  • 2 red hot peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/3 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 100 milliliters of olive oil + 2 tbsp
  • 4 slices of bread
  • sea ​​salt to taste
  • 40 grams of cheese (cow, feta or other)

Method of preparation :

Mix green beans, peas, radishes, hot peppers, mint and parsley. Season with olive oil and vinegar and stir.
