How To Cook Bucatini With Wild Mushrooms, Bacon And Lemon Oil - Recipe

Required products :

  • 750 grams of wild mushrooms
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 400 grams of bucatini (can be replaced with plain spaghetti, fettuccine or other pasta)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 30 grams of butter
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Use a mix of fresh wild mushrooms.

 

Clean them, wash and cut into large tiles. Leave the small ones whole. Boil them, drain the broth.

 

Cut the bacon into thin slices, peel the onion and garlic and saturate. Finely chop the washed parsley as well. Wash the lemon with boiling water, grate its peel and mix it with parsley, and squeeze the juice.

 

Cook the pasta until ready, following the instructions on the package.

 

Fry the pieces of bacon in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add onion and garlic, and after 1-2 minutes remove everything from the pan, leaving only the fat.

 

Pour 2 more spoons of oil in it and fry the mushrooms 2-3 times for about 5 minutes each portion.

When you have prepared all the mushrooms, return them to the pan and add the butter. Let fry for another 2-3 minutes and then add the bacon.

A minute later, remove the pan from the heat.

Pour the lemon juice over the parsley with the citrus peel and pour this mixture into the filling.

Drain the water from the buckwheat and mix the combination of mushrooms and bacon with the spaghetti. Stir.
