Necessary products:

1 cup buckwheat

700 grams of mushrooms

3 onions

parsley

sol

pepper

oil

5 tablespoons tomato paste

1 egg - optional

breadcrumbs

flour

Method of preparation:

Pour 1 cup of buckwheat with 2 cups of water, add a little salt and cook until done. Wrap the finished porridge with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Cut the mushrooms into pieces, onion - finely, chop the parsley. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion in it for about 5 minutes, add the mushrooms and fry for another 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and leave to cool. Then grind the mixture using a blender. Mix with buckwheat (you may not use all buckwheat, in your opinion, you should get a sticky "minced meat") and parsley. If you wish, you can add 1 egg. Form meatballs, roll them in flour and breadcrumbs, fry in oil. Transfer the meatballs prepared in this way to a thick-bottomed saucepan. Make a topping by diluting the tomato sauce with water, add spices. Pour over the meatballs and let them simmer for about 10 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
