Necessary products:

160 g of buckwheat

180 g of rice

700 ml of water

1 onion

200 grams of mushrooms

1 tbsp mushroom powder (or grind dry)

oysters - optional

1 tbsp vegetable oil

salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Pour the buckwheat into a dry pan and put on the fire until the characteristic aroma of the product appears. Pour hot water (buckwheat is boiled in a ratio of water 1: 2), salt, close the pan with a lid, wait for it to boil and leave for 5 minutes on high heat. Then reduce the temperature to a minimum and let it cook for another 10 minutes. The buckwheat is ready, deal with the rice. Boil it in salted water. Then cut the mushrooms into small pieces (and oysters, if you will use), onions - into cubes. Grind the dried mushrooms into powder (you need about 1 tbsp.), If you do not have a suitable device for this, cut them into very small pieces. Heat the oil, fry the onion for a very short time (30 seconds) in it, stirring and remove from the fat. Fry the mushrooms in the same oil, add 1/2 tablespoon of the mushroom powder and stir. When the mushrooms are fried, take them out in a separate container. Fry and oysters, add the remaining mushroom powder, do not salt. Return the onion, mushrooms and fry together in the pan. Mix the buckwheat and rice, add the mushrooms and stir.

Enjoy your meal!
