Required products :
150 grams of buckwheat
140 grams of carrots
30 milliliters of olive oil
15 grams of sugar
favorite spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the buckwheat, fill it with water and place the dish on the stove. Boil the beans until ready.
Peel a carrot, cut it into pieces about 0.5 cm wide. Fry them until golden in hot olive oil (to keep the inside soft), adding your favorite spices. At the end of cooking, add the sugar so that the carrot pieces can caramelize.
Add them to the bowl with the boiled buckwheat, stir and fry everything for a few minutes, then transfer the dish to a suitable dish.
