Clean and wash the buckwheat grains, pour them into a saucepan and pour 4 cups of salted water to taste. Boil until ready (until all the liquid has evaporated).
Divide the buckwheat in deep plates, pour each serving with a glass of milk at room temperature and sweeten with a tablespoon of sugar.
You can now serve the dish.
