Required products :

  • 200 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 stalk leek
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams of bacon
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 150 grams of mayonnaise
  • spices to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil


Method of preparation :

Thaw the dough.

Cut the bacon into thin strips and place them in a hot dry pan until the fat melts. Remove on paper.

Cut leeks into circles, fry them in the fat separated from the bacon.

Then return the meat to the bowl with the onions and season with your favorite spices.

Grate the yellow cheese.

It's time to "assemble" the pie.

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with the mayonnaise and add the yellow cheese, bacon and leeks. If necessary, add salt. Stir.

Roll out the dough so that the size of the sheet is slightly larger than the size of the form you will use for baking.
