Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 2 beaten eggs + 1 yolk
  • 7 grams of dry yeast
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 150 grams of melted butter
  • pinch of salt
  • a pinch of sugar
  • packet of cloves
  • 150-200 grams of chorizo ​​sausage
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Sift the flour into a bowl and add the yeast, sugar and salt. Heat the milk, beat the eggs and add to it. Pour in the butter and make the dough. Allow it to double in volume and divide it into parts.

Form small balls in which you put a piece of chorizo ​​and fold thick into the same shape. Do the rest in the same way and arrange in a tray lined with baking paper. Brush with egg yolk, cut into small circles and use toothpicks to make two holes.
