How To Cook Cabbage Cabbage With Quinoa And Lentils In Tomato Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams of boiled quinoa
  • 100 grams of black lentils
  • 250 grams of flavored minced meat
  • 1 red pepper
  • 70 grams of canned corn
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8-10 leaves of fresh cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons oil

 

for the sauce:

 

  • 3-4 soft tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a pan heat the oil, fry the finely chopped red pepper. Add the minced meat, lentils, quinoa, corn, spices and stir.

 

Fill each cabbage leaf with the stuffing, wrap tightly and arrange in a tray.

Prepare tomato sauce from the listed products, pour the sarma with it, season with parsley, sprinkle with yellow cheese and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
