Learn how to cook "Cabbage casserole with garlic, egg topping and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
300-400 grams of fresh cabbage
2-3 green onions
2-3 cloves garlic
salt to taste
For topping:
3 eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons cream (sourdough)
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon starch (if you do not have one, put 1/2 tablespoon flour more)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
a little oil to spread the form
2 tablespoons of semolina to sprinkle the dish - optional
50-70 grams of cheese to sprinkle the finished dish
Method of preparation :
Cut the cabbage into large pieces, add the chopped green onion and the grated garlic cloves. Add salt to taste and stir.
Spread the vegetables in a pan that you have previously greased with oil (or vegetable oil) and sprinkled with semolina.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with the mayonnaise and sour cream, add the flour and starch, baking powder and a little sugar.
Pour this combination over the cabbage and bake at 200 degrees in the oven. After about 40 minutes the dish will be ready, will turn red and will smell very nice.
Then sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and as soon as the coating melts, remove the casserole from the oven.
